Membership might be terminated by virtue of a decree from the board of directors for one or more of this points:
- Breaching one or more than one of bylaws terms and articles.
- Failure to comply with the association code of ethics and code of conduct.
- Misusing the association membership benefits.
- Using the association name or logo in inappropriate way or in inappropriate places.
- Failure to follow the association updated instructions.
